"In my early 20s I used to go to spiritual fairs in my local town with my best friend of the time. We had our palms read, bought crystals and we started reading metaphysical books. My interest in all things spirit started to grow.

My spiritual journey accelerated in 2001 when I began experiencing extreme physical pain. I was sick so I started looking for alternative ways to control my pain that complemented my prescribed drugs. This is when I discovered Reiki. Firstly as relaxing treatments, which not only eased my pain, but thankfully, calmed my mind too.

I found an amazing Reiki Master, and this lead to my attunement to the Usui Shiki Ryoho method in 2002. I explored and learnt this technique, progressing through the 2nd Degree, and by 2004 I felt ready for the final step; I was finally a Reiki Master.

Since moving to Portugal in 2009 I've focussed my practise on personal and distance treatments, which have been very successful. You can read my testimonials below for some personal insights from my clients.

I love the restfulness Reiki has given me. My aim is to enable you to find happiness and harmony for yourself in your everyday life by raising your frequency and enabling you to increase your life force energy. As wonderful sovereign beings I feel it is what we all deserve and I aspire to this outcome for all.

The picture above was taken at the southernmost tip of India, where the three seas meet at Kanyakumari. It was the day of my mother's funeral and I was on the other side of the world. As you can imagine my spirit was elsewhere. We were at the railway station, waiting for our ride. Out of nowhere came a bustle of ladies from Assam. They were travelling as a group of 47! It was amazing to be surrounded by this divine feminine energy, and I knew mum was sending her love - 47 times! I felt blessed."
