ABOUT ATTUNEMENTS





An attunement, “Reiju” meaning energy blessing in Japanese, is a mysterious yet powerful initiation process, where the recipient has their energy meridians opened to the universal energy of Reiki.


The attunement will stimulate the entire physical, spiritual, emotional and energetic bodies, thereby promoting health and personal growth on all levels and enhancing the sense of well-being.


It is very easy to learn Reiki. No special background or knowledge is required, so anyone of any age can learn and practise it. All attunements are given in-person by a Reiki Master and there are three formal levels of initiation.



REIKI I & II





REIKI I

This is the first basic course. We discuss the history of Reiki, energetic pathways, hand positions and how to integrate Reiki into your daily life.

REIKI II

Reiki II is for those who are considering becoming practitioners. You will be attuned to three symbols. You will also learn a technique of sending the energy across space and time, Distance Healing, as well as being equipped to handle Mental and Emotional issues.

REIKI III - MASTER





After working as a Reiki II practitioner you may want to go deeper to the Master Degree level. During your final attunements you will be initiated to the Master Symbol. Being a Master enables you to teach and attune others.

ATTUNEMENTS





There are three degrees to the Usui Shiki Ryoho method of Reiki, starting at Level I and ending with the Master Degree at Level III.
